The Tell-tale Notch

An audio-visual presentation to accompany the DESIGN FOR LIFE exhibition, 2016 - the first design exhibition held at Brantwood, John Ruskin's home in Cumbria 2016.

A short film written and produced by Stuart Walker, performed by Matt Prendergast, directed by Andrew Quick at imitating the dog, with photography and technical production by Steven Wade. Based on a short story and propositional object by Stuart Walker, it conveys a post-sustainable distopia. This film was part of a video installation at the DESIGN FOR LIFE exhibition by Stuart Walker at John Ruskin's house, Brantwood, in Cumbria in 2016. The exhibition was curated by Suzy Jones Projects and supported by Arts Council England, Lancaster University and Brantwood.
